Races and sports events: Erfurt

Erfurt's events range from cyclocross to long-distance hiking. In November a round of the GUNSHA Cross Challenge doubles as the open Thuringian cyclocross championship, and at the end of January TRIndoor is a super-sprint triathlon. In spring the AdventureWalk Thüringen starts in Erfurt or Weimar and heads for Jena, and in July the Megamarsch Erfurt covers 25 or 50 km.
