Races and sports events: Bodenmais

Bodenmais lies in the Bavarian Forest at the foot of the Großer Arber. In January the Skadi Loppet is a cross-country ski marathon over 22 and 42 km, freestyle on Saturday and classic on Sunday. Summer brings the Rats-Run cross-country obstacle race and Bavarian Forest 5 Days, an orienteering event over five stages.
